I just spent an entire day down in L.A. on the set of Rob Dydek's Fantasy Factory and let me tell you there was no shortage of awesomeness... First off, Dyrdek is one of the coolest dudes I know and at the same time one of the craziest.
He also has one of the coolest offices that I have seen and I have seen some pretty cool offices, the Artsprojekt office being one of them. I really don't even know where to start, there was so much going on at this event, so I will let the pictures do the talking for me.
Probably the first thing you'd notice when you first walk into the Fantasy Factory is this friggin huge skateboard that Rob Dyrdek had custom made. Turns out its the worlds largest skateboard, fully complete with grip tape and car tires for wheels. If you watch Fantasy Factory on MTV this season you will see Rob and his crew skating around LA on this monster of a skateboard. I even heard that one of the cameramen got too close to the board and actually got run over by it lol, I only laugh cause the dude was ok.
Of course right next to the worlds largest skateboard was a bad ass Camero that was build from the ground up. Bad Ass.
On the exact opposite side of the factory was Rob Dyrdek's office which
like the rest of his place was all pimped out. He had all of the boards
that he had made for him through out his career hanging all on the wall
all over his office.
Downstairs in the garage below the office Rob had a pimped out T-Rex.
Right out in front of this office, Dyrdek had a tree house that had a zip line that you could slide down on and it zipped down the length of the factory all the way to the other side. Rad. In order to ride the zip line you had to go to the top of the factory and then walk across a pretty shady rope bridge that swung from side to side as you walked across it. Gnarly.
If you have seen Robs old show 'Rob & Big' you will then know who Meaty and Beefy are. Meaty and Beefy are Dyrdeks bulldogs and they love to skateboard. Ha! Probably better than I am...

As the night went on, and the booze flowed on, people started to jump ramps on their boards and bmx bikes, weaving in and out of the crowds as they gunned towards the various ramps that were strategically placed through out the factory.
They had this huge foam block pit that you could ramp off into and people were taking full advantage of it. At one point one of the dudes crash landed on me and busted up my lens. It was actually pretty cool if you weren't on the receiving end of the crash. Don't worry, I'm fine! Luckily for you, someone actually caught the whole thing on a video camera, so once I get the footage, I will do another post and you will see the dude crash land on me!

Towards the end of the night, they screened the second episode of Fantasy Factory, which airs this Sunday on MTV. I dont want to spoil the show for you, so I wont say what I saw, but check out the photo I took as a sneak preview of whats to come on next weeks show. Also, Robs cousin Big Cat lands on his head. Its a must see! (Big Cat went to the hospital but is ok)
I am super hyped about this show and I highly recommend that you watch Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory. The first episode was nuts and this weeks episode tops last weeks.
Check it out!
